1930's RARE Iver Johnson Skeeter .410 Gauge SxS Shotgun with Single Trigger & Ejectors
Manufactured between 1935 and 1939 by Iver Johnson Arms and Cycle Works. This double barrel features 26" solid rib barrels chambered for 3" shells and both choked Modified. White bead front sight and nickel bead mid-barrel. Blued boxlock receiver stamped on the left side "IVER JOHNSON / SKEET-ER" and on the right "IVER JOHNSON'S / ARMS & CYCLE WORKS / FITCHBURG MASS U.S.A.". Retrofitted with a Jurjevic non-selective single trigger and ejectors, also features a tang mounted safety switch. High figured walnut stock and forearm with hand checkering 16 LPI. Fitted with a factory Iver Johnson owl logo synthetic butt plate. LOP: 13-7/8". DAC: 1-1/4". DAH: 1-1/2". CALIBER: 410. S/N: S2750E. FFL STATUS: Curio & Relic.
CONDITION
Retains 85% original finish, showing light wear at the breech, under the receiver and rear of the trigger guard. Wood is in great condition with sharp checkering. Great bore and mechanics.
