Manufactured in 1979. This big game hunter features a 22" blued tapered barrel with rear wind adjustable notch sight and hooded front blade sight with brass bead. Factory standard Super Grade markings and proof mark. Matte finish receiver, factory drilled and tapped. Jeweled bolt and follower. Hinged floorplate with gold tone engraved lettering " - SUPER GRADE - ". Monte Carlo style walnut stock with right hand cheekpiece. Stock features last of the factory hand-checkering here; on the pistol grip and forearm. Ebony end cap and metal Winchester factory pistol grip cap. Fitted with Super Grade studs on the rear stock and the barrel, and factory red recoil pad. Comes in the original box with leather adjustable sling, hanging tags, factory manual and hunters guide. These are hard to find in this condition with all the original paperwork. LOP: 13-1/4". CALIBER: 458 WIN MAG. S/N: G1456156. FFL STATUS: Modern.
CONDITION
Retains 98% condition throughout, showing only faint handling marks. Unfired condition. Box shows light wear on the corners and edges.
