CIGARETTE CASE. 1) KINDJAL. Overall length: 19 1/2". Blade length: 14 1/2". Kindjal has a typical blade w/ a single central fuller. Silver covered haft w/ foliate decoration. Matching scabbard is also silver covered w/ foliate & geometric incised decoration. CONDITION: blade has a light gray finish. Hilt is missing the silver cover on the lower boss. Scabbard has a few shallow dents & overall light wear. 2) KINDJAL. Overall length: 12 1/4". Blade length: 7 5/8". Kindjal has a typical blade w/ a single central fuller on 1 side & a dbl. central fuller on the other. Silver covered haft w/ engraved lineal wrigglework decoration. No scabbard. CONDITION: blade has a dark patina w/ scattered pitting. Haft shows moderate overall wear. 3) CIGARETTE CASE. Silver case measures approx. 4" x 3 1/2". The front depicts a city scene at the base & a medallion in the center showing 4 Russian soldiers/sailors charging w/ rifles w/ planes above. The rear of the case is engraved, “Celadomam Egonam Par 1943.g. nozvejas plana izpildi liolz 1943.g. 19. Maijam zv. Artelis Bolseviks.”. CONDITION: case shows light wear overall.
