Made in Belgium by Browning in 1969. This rifle features a 22" blued steel sightless barrel in 30-06 caliber with Browning address and caliber markings and a floral engraved breech. Satin finished FN action with floral chisel engraving and elk scene on left receiver face and antelope on right. Two position side safety with gold washed trigger, satin finished chisel engraved detachable trigger guard with whitetail deer scene signed "AM" for Alfonse Marachal. Top-of-the-line walnut Monte Carlo stock with skip-line checkering. Contrasting Rosewood forearm tip and grip cap with right handed cheekpiece and Browning hard rubber butt plate. LOP: 13-3/4". DAC: 1-1/4". DAH: 1-1/4". CALIBER: 30-06. S/N: 52254L69. FFL STATUS: Curio & Relic.
CONDITION
Overall 98% plus with light handling marks. Only noticeable mark is from a sling swivel near the sling swivel lug. Excellent bore with crisp mechanics. Does not appear to be a "Salt" gun.
