STOCK. Cal. 7.62x39. S# 9489240. Bbl. 16". Classic Norinco MAK-90 sporter rifle. This configuration of the legendary AK47 was born just following the Federal ban on the importation of certain firearms in the late 1980’s. W/ changes in specific attributes such as the elimination of threaded bbls., bayonet lugs & a redesign of pistol grip style shoulder stocks, deemed importable, this new wave of sporting rifle rose in popularity. This particular gun, which was mfg. by Norinco on a stamped receiver, utilizes a Dragonov style pistol grip stock w/ a matching black plastic forend & heatshield. Hooded post front sight & rear notch sight, adj. in elevation up to 800m. Left side charging handle & controls. Green canvas sling on left side. This rifle utilizes any standard AK47 mag. MAGS: 4 metal 30 rd. & 1-5 rd. metal. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: 6 pocket nylon transport bag. CONDITION: exposed metal surfaces still retain the vast majority of original matte blued finish. Some areas of contact thinning typically associated w/ storage, furniture has no noticeable blemishing, shiny bore w/ good rifling. Fire control mechanism appears to function correctly when cycled by hand. (21-499/JZ). MODERN. $400-600.
