Manufactured in 1947. This Pigeon grade shotgun features a 26" blued ventilated rib barrel chambered for 3" shells with Full choke, nickel mid and red bead front sight. Gold embossed Pigeon grade logo on the bottom of the barrel, gold lettering and gold border on the muzzle. Deep relief leafy vine engraved on the magazine band and receiver extension. Impressive coin finished receiver with 95% engraved coverage! Top features a leafy vine design on the edges with a gold embossed quail in flight near the grip with a gold border. Left side features a woodland scene with a gold embossed fox flushing two gold embossed quails, framed by gold scrolls and deep relief foliage design. The entire panel framed in a gold line. Signed "A.BEE" at the bottom near the crossbolt safety. Front of the receiver features a checkerboard pattern. Right side features a woodland scene with mountain background, a gold embossed dog flushing two gold embossed pheasants, framed by gold scrolls and a deep relief foliage design. The entire panel is framed in a gold line. Second signature "A.BEE" on the bottom left side above the trigger guard. Deep relief foliage design on the bottom of the trigger guard. Diamond cut bolt and carriage. Deluxe high grade walnut stock with checkered pistol grip and matching checkered forearm. Winchester logo pistol grip cap and black checkered synthetic butt plate. Comes in a nice Winchester take-down canvas and leather case with brass corners. LOP: 14". CALIBER: 410. S/N: 60805. FFL STATUS: Curio & Relic.
CONDITION
Great overall condition retaining 97%+ finish, with limited action and handling marks. Stock shows crisp checkering with very faint handling marks. Excellent bore and mechanics. Case is in great condition with limited handling and storage marks.
