Cal. 7.62x25. S# A3513P. Bbl. 9.8". An interesting facsimile of the Polish PPSH43 SMG mfg. as a US market legal pistol. Chambered in the powerful 7.62x25mm Tokarev rd., which has long been a desirable alternative to other more common pistol calibers such as 9mm Parabellum. At first glance it looks very similar to its namesake, but upon closer examination it is a blow back operated, closed bolt, semi-auto pistol. The portion that appears to be the SMG stock is present for aesthetics only & is non-functional in its current configuration. Front sight is an elevation adj. protected post that sits atop the signature bbl. shroud. The rear sight is a 2-position flip style marked at 100m & 200m. All exposed metal surfaces appear to be blued. Dark brown, near black, plastic grips are checkered. Safety is located in front of the trigger guard. Left side factory sling swivels w/ a green canvas & leather sling. MAGS: 4-35 rd. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: factory cardboard shipping box, 2-piece cleaning rod that doubles as a sight adj. tool. CONDITION: fit & finish actually seem to be not only on par w/ but maybe superior to the original. The bluing is deep & rich w/ complete coverage. Plastic has well defined checkering & just enough light dings to have character. The stock assembly portion is affixed very tightly & the closed bolt action is quite smooth w/ a decent trigger. Mags. insert easily & are removed in a fluid motion. Bore is shiny w/ good rifling. Fire control mechanism appears to function correctly when cycled by hand. (21-577/JZ). MODERN. $400-600.
