PISTOL. Cal. 7.63mm (30 Mauser). S# 206685. Bbl. 5 1/2". Standard prewar commercial variation w /31 groove matching # walnut grips. Matching numbers on externally visible parts plus floorplate. Mauser legend on right side of frame & over chamber. Crown U proofs, sm. ring hammer, 50-1000 sight & lightening cuts on receiver rails. Appropriate fire blued components. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: wood stock / holster w/ good fitting attachment iron; not numbered. Very good appearance as refinished including vintage brown leather holder. CONDITION: very good appearance as refinished w/ prior pitting showing in thumb print sized area above right grip plus sides of frame under grips. Rub marks & slight oxidation (near front) on floorplate. Very clear markings & nice traces of fire blue, especially on extractor. Good bore w/ slight wear & appearance of cleaned light pitting. Proper mechanical functioning & appropriate spring action. Missing lanyard ring. (21-1713/NW). CURIO. $1,000-1,500.
