SEMI-AUTO PISTOL. Cal. 9mm Luger. S# 2379m. Bbl. 4". Mfg. 1942 w/ checkered black plastic grips. All matching numbers including rear toggle pivot. "42" Over chamber, "byf" on toggles, eagle 135 receiver proofs & "P.08" on left frame flat. Characteristic all blued finish. MAGS: 1 good blued extruded 8 rd., properly marked "fxo" & eagle "37". Non original appearing aluminum base w/ roughly installed retaining pin; correct is pinned black plastic. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: fair dark oiled flap holster w/ buckle & strap retention. Numerous leather repairs along w/ stud on flap from prior retention method. Underside of flap has "CARL TRENNER / BERLIN / 1918". Back of holster has x'd out previous unit marking & "S.B. 1 2 3.5 3." Tool pouch partially separated. CONDITION: good plus appearance of original finish w/ typical high point holster wear & traces of light peppery oxidation near muzzle of bbl. plus on sideplate. Very good grips w/ left best appearing; 2 sm. marks on right. Very good bore; occasional faint pitting. (21-223/NW). CURIO. $1,200-1,800.
