Nice 1969 FN Belgium Browning SA-22 .22LR Semi-Auto Grade III Rifle Engraved by Master Angelo Bee
Manufactured in Belgium, in 1969 by FN and is stamped with a Browning Patent Depose barrel. Features a 19-1/4" blued barrel with rear fold-up notch sight and blade front sight. Coin finish receiver and trigger guard with 90% engraved coverage. Left side features a setter flushing pheasants surrounded by a floral scroll design. Top features a retriever with a duck in its mouth framed by a floral scroll design. Right side features a setter flushing mallards in a pond scene surrounded by matching floral scroll design. Both sides of the receiver and the bottom of the barrel is signed "A.BEE". Gold washed trigger, crossbolt safety with floral design engraved on bottom of the trigger guard. Grade III figured walnut stock with side loading magazine and matching forearm with skip-line checkering on the pistol grip and forearm. Fitted with a steel butt plate. Comes in a Browning factory case. This Angelo Bee design is featured on page 334 of the "Browning, Sporting Arms of Distinction" book by Matt Eastman. LOP: 13-3/4". CALIBER: 22 LR. S/N: 69T28725. CONDITION
Retains 90% finish with fading and professionally removed scope ring taps. Small chip on the right side takedown of the forearm but overall the stock is in great condition. Great bore and mechanics. Case in great condition.
