Made in Herstal, Belgium by Browning in 1972. Very little information is available on this gun and it might be a special ordered custom shop gun. 25-1/2" blued Special Steel barrel with Modified choke, 3" chambers, ventilated rib, and bead front sight. Barrel is marked with Browning St. Louis and Montreal addresses. Satin finish action with floral engraving and 3 gold flying quail on right and 3 gold flying ducks on top with 3 flying ducks and 2 flying pheasants in gold on left with engraver's signature "P. Lallemand". Fine Circassian walnut pistol grip stock with checkered grip with floral and chain engraved border. Stock is fitted with Browning butt plate. Matching walnut checkered forearm with floral and chain carved border. LOP: 14-1/4". DAC: 1-1/2". DAH: 2". CALIBER: 20 GA. S/N: 72X48416. FFL STATUS: Curio & Relic.
CONDITION
Overall 98% plus with light handling marks. Excellent bore and mechanics. Does not appear to be a "SALT" gun.
