POWDER SPRINGS M10/9 SMG W/ SUPPRESSOR.
BOTH: cal. 9mm. S# T-158 (suppressor), S# B1384 (SMG). Bbl. 6". The M10 is a wildly popular SMG made larger than life by Hollywood & eventually became known as “the gun that made the 80’s roar”. This particular example is an early one. Originally starting life in Powder Springs, Georgia & still baring the name of designer, Gordan Ingram. Following what would become the famous MAC bankruptcy auction, it was procured by RPB & finished in their Atlanta GA facility. Left side receiver stamped "RPB INDUSTRIES INC" & right side stamped "INGRAM M10, CAL 9MM PAR – MILITARY ARMAMENT CORP. – POWDER SPRINGS, GA. USA". Dark black parkerized finish. Fixed protected post front sight w/ single aperture rear sight elevated at rear of receiver. Top folding collapsible wire stock. Factory threaded bbl. w/ nylon front strap. Left side selector w/ safety on right beside trigger guard. Open bolt, select fire. Also included is the correct RPB sound suppressor mfg. for M10/9 SMG. Overall length is 10.5" w/ a 2.25" OD at the rear. Threaded front cap is still accessible to the internals & moves freely. MAGS: 2 original 30 rd. metal. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: original cardboard shipping box & insert plus knurled thread protector. CONDITION: finish coverage on exposed surfaces remains complete & mostly unblemished aside from a few gentle scratches probably from storage. Extremely light thinning of finish at locations of mechanical intervention illustrates little use, if any beyond test firing. Suppressor finish is equally complete & void of normal fouling common w/ usage. Fire control mechanism appears to function correctly when cycled by hand.
