Made in Herstal, Belgium by Browning in 1960. Very fine gun engraved and double signed by Peter Marachal. 28" blued Special Steel barrels in 20 gauge with ventilated rib, bead sight, 3" chambers, ejectors, and Modified and Improved cylinder chokes. Barrels marked with Browning Patents and St. Louis and Montreal addresses. Satin finished action with gold washed single trigger and top tang barrel selector. Action is chisel engraved with "Diana" grade floral and pheasant scene on left and duck scene on right with bottom having birds in flight with both action panels signed "P. Marachal". Walnut checkered round knob long tang pistol grip stock with added Pachmayr Dee-Celerator pad. Matching walnut checkered sporting attached forearm with latch release. Comes in tan Browning luggage case. LOP: 14-1/8". DAC: 1-1/2". DAH: 2-1/4". CALIBER: 20 GA. S/N: 20033. FFL STATUS: Curio & Relic.
CONDITION
Overall 90% with light handling and operation marks. Dulling action finish. Wood has most of original finish remaining with several dings near toe. Stock has been shortened and recoil pad professionally added. Good bores and mechanics. Case is in good condition.
