Manufactured in 1946 and chambered in the rare .219 Zipper caliber. Features a 26" blued Winchester Proof Steel tapered barrel with hooded front sight and factory rear bolt adjustable peep sight. Rear sight barrel base is installed. All standard Winchester roll marks and proof marks. Deluxe hand-checkered, 18 LPI walnut stock and forearm. Fitted with a checkered steel butt plate and swivel sling rings. LOP: 13". CALIBER: 219 Zipper. S/N: 1400293. FFL STATUS: Curio & Relic.
CONDITION
Retains 88% original finish. Shows a few spots on high edges and bottom of receiver. A few light scratches on the receiver and on the barrel near the action. Stock shows a few very minor dings but overall still has sharp checkering and nice gloss. Great bore and good mechanics.
