This limited edition 94AE Trapper pays tribute to two outdoor passions - hunting & fishing. This rifle features a 16" round blued barrel with rear notch sight with white diamond insert and blade front sight. Rear sight plate is gold washed as well as the barrel rings. Full length barrel magazine tube with gold washed end cap. On both sides of the barrel is stamped in gold "THE CITATION BASS TRIBUTE" between two multi-jointed fishing lures. Top of the barrel is stamped "AMERICA REMEMBERS AHL, MECHANICSVILLE VA". Two line Winchester address, model, and 45 Colt caliber stamped on the left side of the barrel near the receiver. Blued receiver with nickel and gold scenes on each side. Left side of receiver features a giant largemouth bass and two fishermen on their bass boat awaiting a strike. Topping off the images is a gold-clad saddle ring. Right side of receiver portrays the underwater perspective of the bass ready to strike a lure with a Steelhead trout and Catfish in the background. In front of the loading gate an image of an antique fishing plug against a backdrop of a fisherman's net. Push bolt safety. Gold washed lever, trigger and hammer. Tang is stamped with number "003 of 300" in gold. Nice straight walnut wood stock and matching forearm. Fitted with a factory Winchester checkered synthetic butt plate. LOP: 13-1/2". CALIBER: 45 COLT. S/N: 6244903. FFL STATUS: Modern.
CONDITION
Retains 97% finish overall with one small spot of oxidation on the tang. Stock is in 98% condition showing light handling marks only. Nice bore and good mechanics.
