Assembled and fitted in Herstal, Belgium and engraved by Augusta Poes. These guns were only produced one year (1986) with approximately only 2500 actually being built. Fitted with 20 gauge blued 26" Special Steel barrels with ventilated rib, ejectors, bead front sight, 2-3/4" chambers and Modified and Improved cylinder chokes. Satin finish boxlock action with gold washed trigger, top tang safety, and special pattern engraving featuring setter flushing pheasant and "One of Five Thousand" banner on left with "A. Poes" signature. Right side features silhouette of John M. Browning and dog flushing quail with bottom having birds head and floral pattern and trigger guard having floral pattern with gold washed Browning Deer Head Logo. Walnut checkered English grip stock with checkering having a circular chain carved border pattern. Stock is fitted with latch release forearm. Comes in tan Browning luggage case. LOP: 14-1/4". DAC: 1-3/8". DAH: 2". CALIBER: 20 GA. S/N: P33BC0867. FFL STATUS: Modern.
CONDITION
Overall 98% plus with light handling and assembly marks. Excellent bores and mechanics. Case is in excellent condition. Hard gun to find.
