This model 88 was manufactured in 1958. Features a 22" blued tapered Winchester Proof Steel barrel with all standard factory roll marks and proof marks. Chambered in the rare 358 WIN caliber. Hooded front ramp sight and rear flip-up notch sight with white diamond insert. Blued receiver drilled and tapped for scope mount. Unique lever that actions with the trigger and crossbolt safety. Includes original factory detachable magazine. Satin walnut stock with hand checkered pistol grip, metal pistol grip cap, and matching checkered forearm. Fitted with a factory synthetic butt plate and swivel sling rings. Includes the original factory box with hanging tag. LOP: 13-3/4". CALIBER: 358 WIN. S/N: 72520. FFL STATUS: Curio & Relic.
CONDITION
Retains 90% original finish with only a few wear spots on the receiver top and the tip of the muzzle. Stock shows a few very light dings. Light frost on the bore, rifling still vibrant and good mechanics.
