Manufactured in 1910. This beautiful unique model 1892 features a 24" blued octagon barrel with rear buckhorn sight and blade front sight. Full length magazine tube. Two-line Winchester address on the left side barrel flat. Rear of the barrel is stamped "25-20 W.C.F." with the dual Winchester Proof marks. Blued receiver with nickel plated bolt, follower, loading gate, hammer, lever, trigger, sight elevator, tube cap, forearm cap and butt plate. Tang is stamped "MOD 1892" just behind the hammer with the Winchester Trademark proof along the grip. Walnut wood straight stock with crescent metal butt plate and matching forearm. LOP: 13". CALIBER: 25-20 WCF. S/N: 523203. FFL STATUS: Curio & Relic.
CONDITION
Retains 92% finish with light wear on the high edges of the barrel and a spot on the magazine tube. Stock has a nail size ding at the rear left side and gap above at the butt plate. Frosted bore and great mechanics.
