8 MILITARY M1 CARBINE STOCKS: 4 Foreign made replacement stocks; 1 has buttplate. / 1 US low wood oval cut stock painted "29" in sling slot. / 1 US high wood T slot stock stamped "IO" in sling slot, circle "P" on grip w/ sling. / 1 US low wood oval slot stock marked w/ added finish stamped boxed "RIA", also stamped "J" in sling slot. / 1 US low wood oval cut. 11 TWO & FOUR RIVET M1 HANDGUARDS: 8 are US, 2 unmarked hardwood & 1 plastic ventilated. 3 Have: "IO", "PO", "RSG" respectively. MISC: 1 Win. Model 94 straight grip buttstock that takes crescent steel buttplate. / 1 Wooden Frankford Arsenal WWII ammunition box. Brown painted w/ red stripe (possibly for Great Britain) measuring 18 1/2" x 14 1/2" x 9 1/2". Markings include "1500 cartridges BALL caliber 30 M1 in clips and cartons". / US marked socket bayonet w/ 18" blade for US M1855/70 rifles. CONDITION: stocks & handguards are worn, may be refinished. Bayonet has oxidation & fine pitting throughout. Good worn vintage box. (02-14991/RW). $500-800.
