Made in Belgium by Browning, circa 1914. This rifle is generally not seen in this country due to the fact that they were not imported until 1956 as the "SA" model. 19-1/4" blued round barrel in 22 Short caliber with bead pedestal front sight and stamped steel rear notch sight with Browning Herstal address and caliber markings. Blued takedown receiver with "FN" marked trigger guard, push button safety and Belgium proofs on bolt. Plain walnut stock with Model "A" style loading port in front of comb on tang. Round knob pistol grip architecture stock with blued smooth butt plate and tubular magazine. Matching plain walnut splinter forearm. Seldom seen gun in this country. CALIBER: 22S. S/N: 23358. FFL STATUS: Curio & Relic.

Overall 98% plus as refinished with light handling marks. Good bore with crisp mechanics.
